With roots in the construction industry, Brian earned his MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver where he began his career in the industry with Prime West Real Estate Services as a project manager developing office buildings, sales centers, and office/warehouse projects. In the past 12 years, Brian has been directly involved in the project management and completion of over $100 million of office, retail, office/warehouse and land development construction. With over ten years of commercial leasing and brokerage experience, Brian serves as the principal Broker at Sage Partners and handles development projects for the company. He has represented clients such as Exxon Mobil, Bausch & Lomb, Graebel Companies, Georgia Pacific, Cingular Wireless and Office Depot.

With over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and a primary focus on office leasing, corporate services, site acquisition and development, Tommy’s career began in Dallas, TX and evolved to Northwest Arkansas in 2000. His experience encompasses several million square feet of lease transactions, office development project management, retail and office site selection, and consulting. A partial list of his clients include: PepsiCo, Disney, Nestle, Prudential, Ernst and Young, Mass Mutual, Transwestern Investment Company and Warner Brothers.

Mark has experience in the development, property management, and construction of commercial real estate in four cities with Trammell Crow Company, where his last assignment was Division Partner in charge of the Chicago Industrial Division. He also served on Trammell Crow’s National Marketing Division Board. Mark is currently the Principal Broker for the branch office of Sage Partners in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he is involved in various brokerage activities for major clients. He is also the Managing Partner of a development partnership in Houston which has completed 1.5 million square feet of office buildings since 1999. Mark has over 25 years of experience in developing over $300 million in business parks, data centers, warehouses, and corporate headquarters/campuses.

Marshall has recently represented companies such as Cisco Systems, ClearChannel, Cadbury, ExxonMobil, Cingular, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Viacom, and numerous others. Since joining Sage in 2005 he has been involved in the completion over 75 office transactions in Arkansas totaling more than 400,000sf. Marshall also focuses on industrial brokerage and investment sales across the region.

Prior to joining Sage Partners, Marshall worked for Transwestern Commercial Services in Dallas. He specialized in Tenant and Corporate Advisory Services, assisting in the representation of over 500,000 square feet of office and industrial space for companies such as Starbucks, Nextel, and Allegiance Telecom.

T.J. Lefler

T.J. joined Sage Partners in 2006 where he specializes in retail properties across the state and assists in all aspects of commercial real estate. T.J. has gained valuable experience working with Wal-Mart properties across the state. He has also worked with vendors in Northwest Arkansas such as Sony, Ampad, Fiskar’s Brands and Sargento Cheese, and retail clients with site selection across the state. He has not limited himself to Northwest Arkansas; T.J. has several clients throughout the region and works with buyers and landlords throughout the country.
